Login to the exhibitor portal prior to October 16th to update your directory listing. After this date, listings will go live and be promoted to attendees so be sure you’re listing is spiffed up and ready to go!

Make post-show follow-up a breeze by capturing prospective buyer information at the trade show through a lead scanner. Scanners are offered through CompuSystems, and are available for pick-up at the beginning of the show. Submit the Lead Retrieval order form to [email protected] by December 20th for best pricing!

Wi-fi is not provided at the LVCC, so if you plan to have an internet hookup or wi-fi in your booth, you must complete the Internet Products Order Form and submit to [email protected] no later than January 19, 2018.

If you ship your booth materials to the Advance Warehouse, they will be in your booth space waiting for you at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 18 for set-up. Each parcel in your shipment MUST have the Advance Warehouse Label affixed to it. Shipments sent to the Advance Warehouse are accepted between January 19, 2018 and February 13, 2018.

An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any company other than one of the designated official contractors which an exhibitor wants to employ inside the exhibit hall before, during, or after the show. This includes all EAC display houses, display sales representatives, designers, florists, EAC labor, supervisors and any third party. You must have your EAC approved by show management in advance so they can be added to the security list. To gain approval, submit the EAC Authorization Form to [email protected] no later than January 21, 2018.

If you plan to have a vehicle inside the LVCC, you must complete the Automobile Request Form and submit to [email protected] no later than January 21, 2018.

If you plan to have a canopy, ceiling or multi-story booth inside the LVCC, you must complete the Notice of Intent due for Canopies, Ceilings and Multi Story Exhibits and submit to [email protected] no later than January 21, 2018.

If you plan to sample food/beverage products from your booth inside the LVCC, you must review the guidelines and complete the Food & Beverage Sampling Authorization Form and submit to [email protected] no later than January 21, 2018.

Ensure you get the best prices on product and service orders for your booth by completing all orders with our general service contractor, FREEMAN no later than January 29, 2018. Orders can be placed through FREEMANOnline.

If you plan offer food/beverage from your booth inside the LVCC, you may order from the in-house catering contractor, Centerplate. To order, complete the Centerplate Catering Order Form and submit to [email protected] no later than February 2, 2018. 

If you ship your booth materials to the Advance Warehouse, they will be in your booth space waiting for you at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 18 for set-up. Each parcel in your shipment MUST have the Advance Warehouse Label affixed to it. Shipments sent to the Advance Warehouse are accepted between January 19, 2018 and February 13, 2018. Shipments arriving at the Advance Warehouse after February 13, 2018 will be received with an additional after deadline charge.

If you ship direct to show site, delivery time for your freight cannot be guaranteed and shipments are subject to material handling fees by FREEMAN. Each parcel in your shipment MUST have the Show-Site Label affixed to it. Shipments sent direct to show site are accepted between February 18, 2018 and February 20, 2018.

Please Note: Overtime rates will apply for material handling on all shipments, inbound/outbound, between 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m., Monday - Friday and ALL DAY on Sunday, February 18.
