Notice of cancellation must be sent via email to [email protected]. Registrations that are cancelled on or before November 30th, 2018 will be refunded their registration fee, less a $50.00 administration fee. Registrations that are cancelled between December 1st, 2018 and January 25th, 2019 will be refunded 50% of their registration fee. No refunds will be granted after January 25th, 2019. Any tickets purchased for optional events or additional access are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You can purchase additional tickets for your guest to attend optional events with you during your registration process. If your guest is looking to attend the tradeshow or any conference education sessions they must have their own registration that grants access to these areas as only registered attendees are permitted to these areas.
Please note that policy restricts anyone under the age of 18 from attending the tradeshow.
Meals are not provided at Catersource. There are several Special Events that may be purchased and doinclude a meal service, and are listed as follows. The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center provides services ramps to entrances and elevated areas, an array of passenger elevators, restroom facilities for the disabled, brailed instructions/directions at strategic locations throughout the building and pay phones located at each level of the facility with (TDD) hearing-impaired functions. All optional events have a limited quantity of tickets available and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. If there are any tickets left, they will be sold on-site. If you really want to go to one of these events, you should buy tickets when you register!
There are more than 1,200 taxis available on New Orleans' streets and at major hotels. Taxi rates are $3.50 plus $.30 per one-eighth mile thereafter. There is also an additional charge of $1.00 per passenger after the first passenger.
During peak visitor times (including Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest) taxi rates are $7 per person or the meter rate, whichever is greater. A fixed rate of $36 (one to two people) is charged from the airport to most areas of New Orleans. For parties of more than two, the fare is $15 per person.
RTA services are $1.25, including bus transportation and the streetcar. Thirty-three bus and streetcar lines are running daily. Bus service allows transportation throughout the city's major corridor, extending from the Faubourg Marigny to Riverbend.
For Catersource attendees, Airport Shuttle, Inc is offering a $40.00 per person advanced round trip rate which is a discount of $4.00 per person from our retail rate on all round trip tickets booked online in advance through Airport Shuttle, Inc. Any shuttle service booked onsite upon day of arrival will be charged at standard rate of $44.00 per person round trip.
All of our optional events offer another great way to network and continue your learning experience. Each event demonstrates some of the newest ideas, products and concepts in the catering and event industry. Come alone or with a friend to any of these optional events and share your thoughts and ideas with fellow attendees.
Group rates have been created to allow you and your team to get more bang for your buck! The more people you bring, the lower your price becomes until you reach the lowest possible price. At the time of your registration, you may use the additional attendees function and those added will be accounted for in your group. After you have completed your registration, additional attendees must be added to your existing registration manually by Catersource to ensure you are getting the appropriate group rate. If attendees are registered in separate transactions the system will not account for them as a group.

Attendees may take video at all optional events and the tradeshow. Attendees cannot video any of the educational sessions. There are no restrictions on photo taking, except politeness and appropriate timing.

To get the most out of Catersource and/or the Art of Catering Food Conferences, plan to arrive on Saturday, February 23 (the Conference starts Sunday morning) and stay through Wednesday, February 27 (book your hotel to include Wednesday night). There are two Mardi Gras parades on Wednesday night (Krewe of Druids and Krewe of Nix). Why not stay and experience a true New Orleans tradition?
