A: Notice of cancellation for refund must be sent via email to Catersource on or before January 10, 2018. Registrations that are cancelled by the deadline will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be granted after January 10, 2018, however, another person from your company can be substituted at any time before the conference or a *credit of conference fees may be requested for your company’s future use and is subject to Catersource approval. Tickets purchased for optional events are non-refundable and are not subject to future conference credits.

If you register even one person before November 30, all additional attendees added to your existing registration after that date will receive the same early-bird rate even though the deadline has passed. Come alone or with a friend to any of these optional events and share your thoughts and ideas with fellow attendees.
A: Yes, you can purchase additional tickets for your guest to attend the optional events with you during your registration process. The complimentary events that go along with the conference are only open to full conference attendees.
A: All optional events have limited numbers of tickets available and they are offered on a first come, first served basis. If there are any tickets left, they will be sold on-site. If you really want to go to one of these events, you should buy tickets when you register!

A: Educational sessions will be held at Caesars Palace on Sunday and Monday, and at the Las Vegas Convention Center on Tuesday and Wednesday.

A: Yes. Most Catersource sessions are recorded and offered for sale at a discount on-site at the Image Audiovisuals Booth.
A: Yes and no. Attendees may take video at all optional events and the tradeshow. Attendees cannot video any of the educational sessions. There are no restrictions on photo taking, except politeness and appropriate timing.
