2022 Show Ambassadors
Founder, 24 Carrots
This Swiss born, American raised chef-owner traveled all over Europe and the United States working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants after earning his credentials from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. In 2004, Norm channeled his passion for culinary excellence into 24 Carrots Catering & Events, where his elevated standards made the perfect foundation for success. His background is heavily infused into event menus, where fresh ingredients and memorable cuisine are a top priority. With his time now mostly spent out of the kitchen, Norm continues to be the visionary of 24 Carrots. His “let’s do that better than the rest” approach continues to remain at the foundation of every decision made across the 24 Carrots organization. Norm has been very instrumental in creating the 24 Cares program in which 24 Carrots supports local and national charities – most of which focus on hunger and clean drinking water.
