For the second consecutive year, the Art of Catering Food (AOCF) will also be hosted at the event from February 18 – 21, 2018. An expected 5,500 catering and event professionals will gather to discover new ideas to expand their businesses through premier educational sessions and networking opportunities. Furthermore, over 300 exhibitors will showcase the newest, trendsetting products at the sprawling tradeshow, featuring culinary and design competitions, tastings and more.

Required Credentials for a Media Pass

Pre-authorized members of the media will be granted complimentary access to all seminars and events including the robust Tradeshow floor.

Due to high demand, media badges are limited in number and will be issued only to representatives from news outlets, major analyst firms and leading industry blogs. To qualify for a complimentary media pass, applicants must cover the catering and/or foodservice industries on a regular basis and present bylined articles or reports published within the past six months. Publishers, marketing/PR professionals and other sales or C-level non-media titles will not be accepted.

Media passes are not issued to photographers without formal commission from a news organization or to reporters who are writing confidential content or content solicited by an exhibiting company. Private consultants paid by an individual company are not eligible for a media pass and should request a pass from the sponsoring company. Media credentials granted for previous UBM events do not guarantee a media pass to Catersource – applications will be individually reviewed for each event.
