Celebrate with colleagues amidst an entertainment-filled experience as we wrap up a great week for our industry. The evening will be a trip down memory lane to remember the unique elements of design that marked the get-togethers, meetings, and events the last one-hundred years while highlighting their most iconic trends. The journey starts in the high of the Roaring 1920s while gliding into a homage to the Hollywood Golden Era of the 30s. Then, you will arrive at the era of Rock n’ Roll and the America of the suburbs, the Golden Age of Television, and the rise of the mid-century sitcom in the 1950s. The tumultuous 60s that brought radicality into the timeline will bring the flower power and its style into the event. The Summer of Love paved the way for a decade that was loud, divided, and extreme, the 1970s. The 1980s is known by the aesthetics where overconsumption was in a rage. The underground 1990s are a contradiction of voices and dreams. A decade of prosperity, peace, and the boom of the internet; this new era of communication, business, and entertainment changed forever how we people meet and connect. Finally, the new millennium and the years into the 2000s bring us into this “familiar” present. A local surprise awaits those looking to celebrate Cinco de Mayo: “La Fiesta”!
