Catersource and the International Caterers Association (ICA) are honored to welcome you to the Art of Catering Food, a boutique culinary event that is designed specifically with the needs of the catering chef at the forefront.
Taught by chefs for chefs, this program will expand your understanding of today’s trends and techniques used by successful chefs throughout the industry via culinary-intensive sessions and demos.
AOCF gives you an opportunity to expand your own culinary offerings through a selective conference program that includes three days of designated education sessions, Sunday/Monday AOCF-only lunches, and opportunities to sample food items from the sessions. Plus, you'll gain access to other Catersource networking activities and education, as well as the award-winning Catersource tradeshow floor, offering new ingredients, products, services, and additional education to enhance your kitchen operations.
