Sunday Welcome to NOLA Networking Reception

6:00pm - 7:30pm | Free

We kicked off the 2017 conference Sunday evening with a casual reception in the Attendee Lounge at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center! Catersource and AOCF attendees, speakers, and catering and event superstars mingled in this relaxed environment to help create connections from all around the world.


Creole Luncheon Experience (Sold Out!)

11:30am - 1:45pm | $129

Attendees got a taste of NOLA in this exciting Lunch + Learn-style event! We enjoyed a 5-course meal orchestrated by Centerplate chef Stephan Blaser, showcasing the cuisine of our host city while receiving a lively overview of the Big Easy’s history and culture.

Tour de Lis Monday Night Party

8:00pm - Midnight | $179

We ventured out of the city for the annual Monday Night Party to NOLA Motorsports! The Catering Creations team introduced fresh ideas in presentation, service, and entertainment. Beyond having a terrific time, attendees discovered new ideas to take home to their businesses and implement for their own clients.


Wednesday Tech Breakfast with David Adler

Rise and shine! We started our day bright and early with an interactive discussion on the latest technologies that can help us succeed in today’s marketplace. This year’s topic was a big one: Virtual Reality, moderated by the one and only David of BizBash.

Industry Awards Celebration

4:30pm - 6:00pm | $59

The Catersource ACE and ICA CATIE Awards celebration recognized the best in catering and events. We toasted to the success of our industry and cheered on the winners of Best Plated Menu, Signature Caterer, regional catering excellence, and many more!
